How to Be a Health "Nut"


If you aren't onboard yet it is time for everyone to go "nuts"!

There are many health benefits of a diet that includes 1 to 2 ounces of nuts daily. Here are some of the benefits you can enjoy:

In 1996 the Iowa Women's Health Study found that women who ate nuts more than 4 times per week were 40% less likely to die of Heart Disease, the leading cause of death in America.
